It is better to buy the equipment after taking the classes, and with the help of your instructor, determine wich kite and board are better for your weight and the conditions of where you plan to sail. What do I need to know to take the course? The student must know how to swim efficiently and feel comfortable out in the ocean or in lagoons. It is not necessary to have experience in other sports, but it is advisable to be in good physical conditions. Students that are a bit over their weight will have no problems as we choose the kites according to their weight.
There will be no lessons and if possible we will try to re-schedule you to another day. The students can have surfing lessons on this days. Is kitesurfing dangerous? But the average time to complete the basic course is 10 hours.
